Students enrolled in graduate courses (M and D) at UEL, or other institutions may attend courses offered by the PPG in Genetics and Molecular Biology. To do so, those interested must follow the rules of the Pro-Reitoria de Pesquisa e Pós-graduação da UEL.
Here are the procedures for enrollment of students from other HEIs in disciplines offered by UEL’s PPG (ART. 27):
1. it will no longer be necessary to file requests/requests to attend courses as a student from another institution, Art. 27 of RPPG – stricto sensu.
2. are exempt from submitting registration documents, since they are already duly registered students in stricto sensu Graduate Programs at another institution.
3. The interested parties must digitally fill out the application available at: http://www.uel.br/proppg/portalnovo/pages/mais/formularios.php
4. access “Application Form – Student from Another Institution – Art. 27 of RPPG – Stricto sensu”; (form attached)
5. Send it to the Coordination Office of the PPG in Genetics and Molecular Biology, along with an enrollment certificate and a recommendation letter from the home institution supervisor.
6. After analysis and opinion from the Coordination, the PPG Office will make the individual inclusion (enrollment) in the Graduate Academic System.
