Application Process

Master’s and doctoral students are admitted twice a year. Enrolments generally take place from November to January, to initiate the course in the first academic The Graduate Program in Chemistry at UEL (State University of Londrina) offers admissions for Master’s and PhD programs every semester.

Starting with admissions in 2026, candidate rankings will be determined by:

  1. Score from the Unified Chemistry Exam (Exame Unificado em Química) – https://euq.sbq.org.br/ (scores from exams taken between 2023 and 2025 will be accepted).
  2. Lattes Curriculum (with supporting documentation according to the evaluation table).
  3. Supervisor’s acceptance letter

IMPORTANT!

For admission to the Graduate Program in Chemistry starting in 2026, the score from the Unified Chemistry Exam (Exame Unificado em Química) will be used as one of the selection criteria for new graduate students. Registrations are now open for the 2025/2 edition of the Unified Chemistry Exam (EUQ). The test will be held on November 16, 2025. The registration period runs from August 18 to September 28, 2025.
