- Fees: The PPGA-UEL Master’s Program is fully funded. There are no tuition fees for enrolled students.
- Admission Process: Admissions are conducted annually, commencing in September. Applicants are required to submit a research proposal, and an academic CV, and participate in an interview. The academic year begins in March.

Course Overview
The PPGA-UEL Master’s Program is a full-time, on-campus program offered by the State University of Londrina (UEL) in Londrina, Paraná, Brazil. The program offers two lines of research: Organizational Management and Organizations, Power, and Society, both explore the dynamic interconnections between organizations, management, and broader societal issues.
1. Organizational Management
This research line delves into the theoretical and empirical foundations of administration. Topics explored include Teaching and Research in Administration, Strategy, Finance, Human Resources, Logistics, Marketing, and Production. Through rigorous research, students contribute to addressing contemporary challenges and opportunities in organizational management.
2. Organizations, Power, and Society
This research line explores the complex power dynamics within organizations and society. Students engage in critical and reflective studies on how power relations shape social life, emphasizing the interconnectedness of organizations and their impact on society.
