Selection is usually carried out at the end of the year. The dates must be checked according to the selection notice.
The candidate must follow the acts related to the selection process available on the Program website (http://www.uel.br/pos/ciencia_animal/), being obliged to comply with the deadlines and conditions established in this public notice and to those disclosed during the selection process.
Master’s degree
a) completed registration form, which is available at: http://www.uel.br/proppg/portalnovo/pages/inscricoes-programas-cursos/inscricoes-por-nivel.php;
b) proof of payment of the public registration fee corresponding to the amount of R$ 162.00 (one hundred and sixty-two reais) – only at Caixa Econômica Federal, as specified in the notice;
c) Foreign applicants must present: 1. copy of passport; 2. front and back certified copy of graduation diploma (language of origin); 3. certified copy of the sworn translation of the graduation diploma; 4. certified copy of the Birth or Marriage Certificate (original language); 5. certified copy of the sworn translation of the Birth or Marriage Certificate; 6. copy of the CPF; 7. updated visa to stay in the country.
* If the candidate does not yet have the diploma, he/she must present a certificate of graduation. If you are still attending graduation, you must present a certificate showing that you are enrolled in the last year of graduation and expected completion by the beginning of the academic period);
d) Documented Lattes Curriculum; Lattes Curriculum Assessment Form fully completed (model available at CNPq https://wwws.cnpq.br/cvlattesweb/pkg_cv_estr.inicio);
e) pre-project of the master degree;
Attention: The candidate who presents a document other than the diploma must be aware that, if approved in the selection process, he/she must present, at the time of registration, a supporting document in which the date of completion of the course (day/month/year) must be before enrolling at UEL, without which you will not be able to enroll and will lose the right to a place, without refunding the public price of the enrollment.
Doctorate

b) proof of payment of the public registration fee corresponding to the amount of R$ 162.00 (one hundred and sixty-two reais) – only at Caixa Econômica Federal, as specified in the Boleto;

Attention: The candidate who presents a document that proves the completion of the graduation other than the diploma must be aware that, if approved in the selection process, it must present ar, upon enrollment, a supporting document in which the date of completion of the course (day/month/year) must be before enrollment at UEL, without which you will not be able to enroll and will lose the right to the place, without refund of the value of the public price for the registration.
Master’s and Doctorate
• for selection at the Master’s level, it will be necessary to present a Work Plan for the development of the dissertation that is in line with one of the Program’s Research Lines. The plan must be prepared in a maximum of four-five pages, which must include the date, name, signature of the candidate.
• for the selection at the doctoral level, the selection process will also include the analysis of the research project (presented upon registration) and discussion by the Program Selection Committee.
* For approval in the selection process, the candidate must reach an average score equal to or greater than 6.0 (six) resulting from the evaluations described above.
