MASTER’S AND DOCTORATE PROGRAM IN CHEMISTRY
The Graduate Program in Chemistry (PPGQ) aims to develop intellectual resources in the field of Chemistry to the highest standard. The PPGQ is academic and research-based in nature with an essentially scientific objective, with the central goal not only being the transmission of existing knowledge, but also the development of new knowledge through creative research. Additionally, the Graduate Program aims to provide the appropriate environment and resources within the university for open scientific investigation, ensuring autonomous and innovative action in the highest forms of university culture. The PPGQ is responsible for training creative and competent professionals who can meet the demand in basic and higher education, while ensuring the constant improvement of professional quality. Furthermore, it aims to stimulate the development of scientific research through the adequate preparation of researchers and the effective training of intellectual workers of the highest standard to meet the needs of national development in all sectors, as well as to participate in the development of new techniques and processes.
Important
For admission to the Graduate Program in Chemistry starting in 2026, the Unified Chemistry Exam score will be used as one of the selection criteria for new graduate students. Registration for the 2025/2 edition of the Unified Chemistry Exam (EUQ) is now open. The exam will be held on November 16, 2025. The registration period runs from August 18 to September 28, 2025.
