Toxicologia da Reprodução e do Desenvolvimento.
Descrição
Recentemente, tem crescido a preocupação quanto à maior susceptibilidade de fetos, neonatos e crianças aos efeitos tóxicos de contaminantes ambientais ou medicamentos. Os sistemas nervoso e reprodutivo são possíveis alvos da exposição a tais substâncias. Os projetos desenvolvidos junto a essa linha de pesquisa visam avaliar possíveis efeitos teratogênicos, reprodutivos e neurotóxicos desencadeados pela exposição materna a xenobióticos.
