Faculty Accreditation (Regulation No. 53/2024)

Faculty members wishing to join the Program must submit a request to the Coordinating Committee.

Applicants are required to provide the following documentation:

I. A letter expressing their interest in joining the Program;
II. Proof of a doctoral degree or equivalent qualification;
III. A proposal of courses to be taught each semester; and
IV. A Curriculum Vitae demonstrating:
    a) At least two publications within the past four years ranked in the A tier of CAPES’ Qualis system or with an Impact Factor of 0.5 or higher;
    b) Experience in supervising two undergraduate students who completed a thesis or final project, or two scientific initiation students, or one co-supervision/supervision of a Master’s or Doctoral student.

The Coordinating Committee will review the application, assess the candidate’s scientific background in relation to the Program’s research lines, and issue a formal recommendation.
