Admission to the program as a regular student takes place annually and the Selection Process is regulated by specific public notices. Candidates with a higher education degree (Master&#8217;s program) or master&#8217;s degree (PhD program) in any area are welcomed to enrol in the selection process. Process is usually organised in 5 steps: (1) written examination (master&#8217;s program only); (2) English Language Proficiency exam; (3) evaluation of thesis or dissertation proposal; (4) a face-to-face interview about the proposal; and (4) evaluation of the Lattes CV. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-text-color has-text-color\">The program follows UEL&#8217;s Affirmative Action Policy and 30% of its regular student vacancies are assigned to people self-identified as black (black and brown).
