Descri\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Os projetos de pesquisa realizados no Laborat\u00f3rio de Toxicologia e Dist\u00farbios Metab\u00f3licos da Reprodu\u00e7\u00e3o objetivam avaliar o potencial t\u00f3xico de diferentes compostos sobre a morfofisiologia do sistema reprodutor adulto ou em desenvolvimento (pr\u00e9-natal ou p\u00f3s-natal). Nos delineamentos experimentais s\u00e3o utilizados roedores como modelo experimental e diferentes an\u00e1lises s\u00e3o empregadas para responder \u00e0s hip\u00f3teses dos estudos como par\u00e2metros hormonais, esperm\u00e1ticos, histopatol\u00f3gicos, avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de biomarcadores de estresse oxidativo e mediadores inflamat\u00f3rios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Research description:<\/strong> The research projects conducted in the Toxicology and Metabolic Disorders of Reproduction Laboratory aim to evaluate the toxic potential of different compounds on the morphology and physiology of the adult or developing reproductive system (pre-natal or post-natal). Experimental designs use rodents as model organisms, and various analyses are employed to address study hypotheses, including hormonal parameters, sperm analysis, histopathological evaluation, and assessment of biomarkers of oxidative stress and inflammatory mediators.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
