Biomarcadores de contamina\u00e7\u00e3o em organismos aqu\u00e1ticos. <\/strong>Objetivos: Caracterizar biomarcadores gen\u00e9ticos, bioqu\u00edmicos, celulares, fisiol\u00f3gicos e histol\u00f3gicos em organismos aqu\u00e1ticos expostos a diferentes classes de contaminantes no laborat\u00f3rio, submetidos a testes in situ ou coletados no campo.<\/em> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mecanismos bioqu\u00edmicos da toxicidade. <\/strong>Objetivos: Caracterizar as vias bioqu\u00edmicas envolvidas no metabolismo de xenobi\u00f3ticos, as defesas antioxidantes e as les\u00f5es oxidativas em organismos aqu\u00e1ticos expostos a diferentes tipos de poluentes.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/em><\/strong>Desenvolvimento de estudos que envolvem an\u00e1lises fisiol\u00f3gicas, bioqu\u00edmicas, moleculares, gen\u00e9ticas e celulares, utilizando-se diferentes modelos biol\u00f3gicos, in vivo e in vitro, para a compreens\u00e3o do funcionamento dos organismos, inseridos em seu ambiente natural, ou expostos, no campo ou em laborat\u00f3rio, a diferentes classes de contaminantes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
