Organization<\/strong>: Initiative of PECEM students with the support of the Program’s faculty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Objective<\/strong>: To bring together students, alumni, and faculty to discuss topics related to the current landscape of the field of teaching, focusing on topics such as the work of alumni from the Postgraduate Program in Science Education and Mathematics Education (PECEM)<\/a>, experiences from the sandwich doctoral program abroad, and strategies and results from the program\u2019s self-assessment. The event aims to promote a space for exchanging experiences and self-evaluation, contributing to the ongoing performance of the Program and the training and work of professionals in the field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Event Period<\/strong>: December 5, 2024 (in-person event).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Results<\/strong>: Through collaboration between faculty, students, and alumni, the III EPECEM was organized. In this third edition, aiming to strengthen actions and broaden horizons in research, the current landscape of the field of teaching was discussed (Opening lecture by Prof. Dr. Ivanise Maria Rizzatti \u2013 Coordinator of the Teaching Area at CAPES, 2022-2026). Following that, the work of alumni was presented in a roundtable discussion. In the afternoon, reports and experiences of students who participated in the sandwich doctoral program abroad (PDSE) were shared, and strategies and results from the PECEM self-assessment were discussed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
