Cada turma tem 20 alunos e, na UEL, elas fazem um curso de 10 horas. S\u00e3o 2 dias de conte\u00fados te\u00f3ricos e pr\u00e1ticos com muita din\u00e2mica e exerc\u00edcios totalmente  associados \u00e0s atividades do dia a dia, como o manuseio de alimentos. O segundo dia \u00e9 mais dedicado \u00e0 Microbiologia dos alimentos, e as participantes conhecem as principais bact\u00e9rias que podem ser encontradas neles ou nos ambientes de
