Faccin-Galhardi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As doen\u00e7as infecciosas ainda fazem parte do perfil epidemiol\u00f3gico da popula\u00e7\u00e3o, especialmente nas popula\u00e7\u00f5es socioecon\u00f4micas menos favorecidas. Infec\u00e7\u00f5es respirat\u00f3rias, digestivas, urin\u00e1rias, dermatol\u00f3gicas e genitais, incluindo as sexualmente transmiss\u00edveis, s\u00e3o comuns na adolesc\u00eancia, podendo algumas perpetuar-se por toda vida. Destaca-se tamb\u00e9m que doen\u00e7as infecciosas prevenidas pela vacina\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e3o reemergindo, favorecidas pela acentuada migra\u00e7\u00e3o, movimentos anti-vacina e falta de procura ou n\u00e3o cumprimento das doses ofertadas pelo sistema de sa\u00fade, de acordo com o calend\u00e1rio b\u00e1sico de vacina\u00e7\u00e3o. Nas campanhas de vacina\u00e7\u00e3o contra o v\u00edrus do papiloma humano (HPV), por exemplo, indicado para meninas entre nove e 14 anos e meninos de 11 a 14 anos, o n\u00famero esperado de imuniza\u00e7\u00f5es no paran\u00e1, dificilmente \u00e9 atingido (&lt; 50%), sendo que mais da metade dos jovens brasileiros (53,6%) com idade entre 16 e 25 anos est\u00e3o contaminados. Dessa forma, a dissemina\u00e7\u00e3o do conhecimento sobre os microrganismos e as doen\u00e7as infecciosas \u00e9 um tema que merece destaque, especialmente para o adolescer com sa\u00fade. Atualmente, a microbiologia deixou de ser um assunto restrito ao ensino superior e laborat\u00f3rios de pesquisa, pois est\u00e1 relacionada \u00e0s quest\u00f5es b\u00e1sicas de sa\u00fade e cidadania. Ensinar sobre microbiologia e doen\u00e7as infecciosas para estudantes do ensino m\u00e9dio e fundamental, proporcionar\u00e1 uma melhor compreens\u00e3o sobre transmissibilidade, potencial patog\u00eanico e preven\u00e7\u00e3o de doen\u00e7as infecciosas. Projetos que visam a educa\u00e7\u00e3o em sa\u00fade sobre doen\u00e7as infecciosas \u00e9 mister e a adolesc\u00eancia \u00e9 um per\u00edodo chave para o desenvolvimento destas a\u00e7\u00f5es de aten\u00e7\u00e3o b\u00e1sica. Quando o adolescente tem conhecimento sobre as quest\u00f5es do adolescer e compreende sua vulnerabilidade, pode fazer escolhas mais saud\u00e1veis de vida, tornando-se protagonista de suas a\u00e7\u00f5es e um transmissor de informa\u00e7\u00f5es no seu grupo multiplicador, contribuindo na promo\u00e7\u00e3o a sa\u00fade. Considerando a sa\u00fade do adolescente como uma tem\u00e1tica que suscita aten\u00e7\u00e3o do educador e do profissional de sa\u00fade na necessidade de novos modos de produzir sa\u00fade, o presente projeto visa instrumentaliz\u00e1-lo para o enfrentamento das doen\u00e7as infecciosas, atrav\u00e9s da promo\u00e7\u00e3o do autocuidado e consequentemente para a sa\u00fade coletiva. Din\u00e2micas e atividades pr\u00e1ticas laboratoriais de microbiologia ser\u00e3o realizadas nas escolas da rede p\u00fablica, com estudantes do ensino fundamental, educadores e merendeiras. Ser\u00e3o trabalhados conceitos sobre microrganismos, microbiota, higieniza\u00e7\u00e3o e desinfec\u00e7\u00e3o; formas de transmiss\u00e3o de microrganismos potencialmente patog\u00eanicos (bact\u00e9rias, fungos e v\u00edrus); o papel destes agentes nas doen\u00e7as infecciosas mais comuns ao grupo e medidas de preven\u00e7\u00e3o. Materiais did\u00e1ticos pedag\u00f3gicos (apostila pr\u00e1tica, l\u00e2minas permanentes e videoaulas) ser\u00e3o disponibilizados, al\u00e9m de m\u00eddias sociais, oportunizando uma educa\u00e7\u00e3o continuada e canal direto de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o com os participantes. Adolescentes portadores de doen\u00e7as infecciosas ser\u00e3o convidados a participarem de um atendimento especializado e sigiloso no ambulat\u00f3rio de refer\u00eancia (ambulat\u00f3rio de aids, pediatria e viol\u00eancia sexual do Hospital Universit\u00e1rio regional do norte do Paran\u00e1, HURNPR) para um acompanhamento e tratamento m\u00e9dico espec\u00edfico. Espera-se contribuir diretamente com a promo\u00e7\u00e3o da sa\u00fade coletiva e o controle de doen\u00e7as infecciosas, al\u00e9m de incentivar indiretamente o futuro destes adolescentes
