He is currently an Associate Professor at the State University of Londrina (UEL), where he teaches Plant Physiology and supervises students in the Undergraduate and Graduate courses of Agronomy and Biological Sciences (Master and PhD). At the Laboratory of Plant Ecophysiology (UEL), Dr. Oliveira mainly investigates how plants respond to abiotic stresses and how plant performance can be improved in a scenario of climate change and environmental pollution by using nature-based solutions (nanobiotechnology and associative microorganisms). He is a graduate in Agronomy at Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro (1995), MSc in Plant Biotechnology at Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (2000), and Ph.D. in Agronomy\/Soil Science at Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro (2003). Andre Oliveira is currently supervising the post-graduation program on Biotechnology at UEL, where he studies biochemistry and genetics of bacteria, focusing on plant-associative bacteria. Professor at State University of Londrina since 1987. Experience in Botany, with emphasis on Plant Physiology and Ecology, working mainly on Plant Ecophysiology. She has a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Chemistry (1998), a Master\u2019s in Chemistry (2001), and Ph.D. in Sciences (2006). She has experience in filing patent applications in Brazil and abroad, University-Company technology transfer, and cooperation with international Universities. Awarded by the European Biomaterials Society (2007), Newton Advanced Fellowship of the Royal Society &#8211; United Kingdom (2015), and Mercosul Prize for Science and Technology, in the Senior Researcher category, from the Ministry of Science, Technology, Innovations, and Communications (2018). Considered among the 10,000 scientists with the greatest impact in Latin America. He is currently an Associate Professor at the Sao Paulo State University (UNESP), where he teaches Chemistry and supervises students in the Undergraduate and Graduate courses of Environmental Sciences and Science and Technology of Materials (Master and Ph.D.). At the Laboratory of Environmental Nanotechnology (UNESP), Dr. Fraceto mainly investigates the uses of nanotechnology in agriculture, in special the use of different strategies of encapsulation of active ingredients, as well as the microencapsulation of organisms. Her current research includes nanotechnology for agriculture and the environment. She currently is an integrant of the thematic project \u201cAgriculture, Micro\/Nanotechnology and Environment: from evaluation of mechanisms of action to studies of transport and toxicity\u201d, which is funded by the S\u00e3o Paulo Research Foundation \u2013 FAPESP. The proposed collaboration will investigate the application of encapsulated fungi and gibberellic acid in inducing the tolerance of tree seedlings to drought stress. She is currently an Associate Professor at the State University of Ponta Grossa (UEPG); Permanent Professor of the Graduate Program in Agronomy at UEPG (CAPES 5); Coordinator of the Microbial Molecular Biology Laboratory &#8211; LABMOM \/ UEPG and CNPq Research Productivity Scholarship (Level 2). Dr. Carolina has experience in Biochemistry, with an emphasis on Molecular Biology, working mainly on the following topics: Soil Microbiology and Biochemistry; Biodiversity and Microbial Ecology; Plant-Bacteria Interaction; and Expression, Purification, and Characterization of Proteins.
